Pulled Pork Rub

by

This pulled pork rub is the perfect seasoning to take your smoked pork butt to the next level and beyond.

I’ve been developing this dry rub for pulled pork for years now and I’ve tested and tweaked the ratios to perfection.

When you’re smoking pulled pork, it’s all about the bark. If you use this rub along with my smoked pork butt recipe, you’ll have an amazing, flavorful bark and tender, juicy meat. Add in my Carolina BBQ Sauce and you’ve got yourself one of the best bites in BBQ.

Not Just For Pulled Pork

This spice rub would be great on any smoked pork like my ultimate party ribs, 3-2-1 ribs, or even pork belly burnt ends.

Of course, it doesn’t have to be smoked if you’re a slow cooker warrior…no judgment here =)

The sweet and smoky flavors in this rub also make it great on classic BBQ chicken legs or thighs.
